Christopher Pellascini

Third Generation Broker/Owner
Christopher Pellascini is the principal broker/owner at Tombe Realty. Chris was inspired by his father and mother’s strong work ethic, and started at Tombe in 1990, and is the third Pellascini generation to oversee the company.
He has added to the companies residential and commercial sales, property development, and property management in Sonoma County and the North Bay over the past three decades at Tombe.
Chris manages several real estate LLC’s and corporations. He prides himself on being hands-on and being proactive with helping customers and clients.
Chris is inspired daily by his wife and their two sons, daughter, and Labrador Retriever. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, and in the outdoors, fishing, hunting, and hiking.
Craig Goldstein

Associate Broker/Property Manager
Craig Goldstein boasts two decades of experience in the real estate and mortgage industry. His journey began at the age of 14 when he lent his youthful enthusiasm to his older brother's mortgage company, Family First Mortgage, during spring breaks. For three consecutive years, Craig immersed himself in the daily operations of the mortgage office, primarily focusing on auditing mortgage files for post-closing processes. It was during this period that he honed the art of crafting marketable loans and gained a profound understanding of the pivotal role appraisals play in real estate transactions. Craig remains forever indebted to his brother for this invaluable education.
In the late 1990s, Craig played a pivotal role in processing sub-prime loans within Accredited Home Lenders' wholesale division. His expertise then led him to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage's underwriting operation center in the early 2000s. After a few years in this department, he earned a promotion to the sales side, where he spent several years in downtown San Diego, selling Wells Fargo's "A" paper mortgage products through their REMAX/Wells Fargo joint venture. His tenure with Accredited Home Lenders and Wells Fargo equipped Craig with the knowledge and insights necessary to guide clients through the intricate mortgage process of purchasing a home.
In 2006, Craig joined forces with his close friend Dustin Holzhausen to establish Heritage Properties, a real estate brokerage firm. In the fall of 2007, they embarked on a significant partnership with Carrington Property Services, a hedge fund heavily invested in residential rental properties at the time. Together with their dedicated team, Craig and Dustin managed 200 of Carrington's rental properties in Southern California from 2007 to 2011, ultimately divesting their inventory. Carrington held an impressive portfolio of over 5000 rental properties nationwide, collaborating with more than 200 brokers. Notably, Heritage Properties received recognition as property manager of the year by Carrington Property Services in 2008 and 2010. Carrington Properties relied on Heritage Properties to pilot and refine their new property management beta programs before rolling them out nationally, testament to their commitment to fostering strong client and tenant relationships.
In February 2020, Craig and his wife, Rebecca, made a pivotal decision to relocate to Sebastopol, California. There, they embarked on a new chapter of their professional journey by joining their family's real estate enterprise, Tombe Realty. Over the next two decades, their mission is to contribute significantly to scaling Tombe Realty's property management division and enhancing its real estate service model.
Beyond their professional endeavors, Craig and Rebecca have shared 16 wonderful years together. They have wholeheartedly embraced the vibrant Sebastopol community, making it their home and workplace. Their interests span a wide spectrum, from traveling and quality time with family and friends to attending shows, savoring delectable cuisine at remarkable restaurants, and relishing the great outdoors.
Sam Brabo

Sam Brabo is a father of 5 who has lived in Sonoma County since 1993 and comes from a long line of entrepreneurs. He has a diverse business background including sales, accounting, construction and real estate. He has owned three businesses in Sonoma County over the past 25 years prior to joining Tombe Realty as a property manager and real estate agent. This varied experience makes Sam a valuable resource to property owners, tenants and home buyers. Sam is passionate about family, community and the clients he serves.
Angelina Lopez
Accounting
Angelina was born and raised in Santa Rosa, CA. She graduated from Empire College with a degree in accounting in 2010. She has been part of the Tombe Realty team since February 2013. Angelina enjoys working with such a great team and looks forward to years to come.
Angelina’s spare time she spends with her two children. She enjoys cooking, baking, crafts, enjoying time with family and friends and traveling. On weekends we enjoy exploring the outdoors or taking weekend getaways, hanging at the lake or trips to the beach.

Rebecca Goldstein
Accounts Payable/Receivable
Rebecca Goldstein started in the Real Estate and Mortgage industry back in 2005 processing mortgage files for SPC Global in Temecula, California. In 2007, Rebecca partnered up with Craig Goldstein to start a Real Estate property maintenance company, providing property managers with vendor maintenance services for their tenants/clients. Rebecca wore multiple hats, including building and designing the entire business model from the ground up. Her day-to-day tasks included accounts receivables/payables, scheduling tenant and vendor maintenance requests, vetting new vendor partners and managed the monthly PNL.
Rebecca moved to Sebastopol, California in February 2020 to work for the family Real Estate business, Tombe Realty. Rebecca’s day to day tasks include bookkeeping, client/tenant relationships and scheduling vendor maintenance. Rebecca is also playing a vital role with implementing new technologies and systems for the future growth of Tombe Realty.
Rebecca along with her husband Craig enjoy supporting local businesses and restaurants. Love being outside, traveling and attending shows.
Shahriar “Ray” Nozzari

Ray has lived and worked in Sonoma County for the last 30 years. He started with Tombe Realty in 1997 as a part time agent and moved to Sebastopol in 1999. He continues to live in Sebastopol with his wife and 3 adult children, where he has strong connection with the community.
He has an excellent knowledge of real estate market in Sonoma County and enjoys assisting clients in any way he can. He is a positive thinker and strives to be courteous, dedicated and proactive in dealing with clients.
He has a diverse experience in engineering and construction industry as well as the finer things in life like Tennis, Golf, Movies, raising sheep and wine making.
